Keeping an eye on a house you are not in.
For a second home or a house left empty, we fit cameras and sensors that you can check from your phone, plus optional alerts for broadband, power, leaks and cold. The aim is to learn about a problem the same day, not when you next arrive.

Pricing
Fixed price confirmed after a £49 survey, credited against the job, or from clear photos for straightforward work. Bands reflect access, property type and how much set-up is involved.

Empty properties and absentee owners
Maidstone is a commuter town with plenty of people who work away, let a property out or inherit a house they have not yet sold. An empty building shows its emptiness: post piling up, no lights, no heating. Remote alerts and a regular check remove most of the worry.
The most useful sensors are often not about burglary at all. A water leak or a failed boiler in January does far more damage than a break-in, so we set up leak and temperature alerts alongside the cameras.

Questions
What if the broadband goes down while I am away?
The care plan alerts you when the system goes offline. A 4G backup can be added for places where reliability matters.
Can someone keep a key and respond to alerts?
Yes. We set up shared access so a neighbour or relative can look at the cameras and answer an alert.
